(Congressional Agenda) – Special Counsel Robert Hur’s report concerning President Joe Biden and the mishandling of classified documents has received some massive fallout, but not due to the actual purpose of the investigation. Instead, the portions of the report that detail Biden’s failing memory, which is cited as being a reason for not charging him with crimes related to the documents, are under attack.
If Biden is not competent to stand trial, he’s not competent nor mentally sound enough to be serving in the White House. And that’s a fact we’ve all known for quite some time. How many incidents of him forgetting things he should be able to easily remember have we witnessed since Biden took office in Jan. 2021? How many falls and stumbles? He’s even claimed to have held meetings with individuals who have been dead for years. His mind is slipping and the decline is gaining speed.
As a result, New York GOP Rep. Claudia Tenney has sent a letter to Attorney General Merrick Garland, demanding that he start the proceedings to have President Biden removed from office under the 25th Amendment. Unfortunately, given how deep in the pocket Garland is for Biden, I don’t believe this is actually going to happen, though I would love to be proven wrong.
“The Department of Justice released its long-awaited investigation into Joe Biden’s mishandling of classified documents Thursday, delivering a damning assessment of the president’s ‘diminished faculties’ and limited memory,” the Daily Mail divulged.

“Special Counsel Robert Hur described him as ‘a sympathetic, well-meaning, elderly man with a poor memory,’ and that ‘it would be difficult to convince a jury that they should convict him’ for retaining classified documents,” the report continued. “He ultimately recommended no charges be brought against Biden, sparking outrage from conservatives for a ‘double standard’ as Donald Trump faces 40 criminal counts for his own mishandling of classified materials.”
Tenney authored the letter to Garland last Thursday and stated the findings of Hur’s report point to the fact that Biden should be charged for the mishandling of classified documents unless he is deemed unfit to stand trial. That’s essentially what was alluded to in Hur’s report. Thus, Garland needs to ‘begin proceedings to remove the President pursuant to the 25th Amendment of the United States Constitution,’ Tenney wrote.
The text of the 25th Amendment, which deals with presidential succession, provides the vice president and the Cabinet with the legal power necessary to boot the commander-in-chief from office through a majority vote if it can be determined that the individual serving in the position is no longer fit for duty.
In the entirety of the almost 250 year history of this country, the 25th Amendment has never been invoked. Guess Biden wants to be remembered forever. This is certainly one way to be historical, right?
‘Being unable to remember what position he held, and when, is exceptionally concerning,’ Tenney’s letter continued, making a reference to the portion of Hur’s report that said Biden could not remember when he served as vice president. ‘Being unable to remember when one’s child died – even within a time frame of several years – is perhaps more frightening.’
Tenney is far from the only member of the GOP coming out against Biden.
‘Merrick Garland has a duty to invoke the 25th Amendment to his fellow Cabinet members,’ Sen. Josh Hawley, a Missouri Republican, penned on X.
Merrick Garland has a duty to invoke the 25th Amendment to his fellow Cabinet members. Or prosecute Biden. If he won’t prosecute, then invoke the 25th now

‘That [report] does not describe someone who should be the Commander in Chief of our armed forces and the defender of American freedoms,’ Florida Republican Sen. Rick Scott declared on X. ‘It’s time for his cabinet to invoke the 25th Amendment.’
This report labels Biden as a “well meaning, elderly man with a poor memory.”

For the safety of our nation, Joe Biden must resign. He could not remember basic facts about his life. He is not competent to remain as Commander-in-Chief & every day that he remains, he puts America at risk. If he won't resign, the Cabinet must invoke the 25th Amendment. pic.twitter.com/ZN7bJM5uZk

Fiery conservative Rep. Marjorie Taylor Greene of Georgia also got in on the calls for Biden to be removed through the 25th Amendment.
‘The Special Counsel’s report exposing that Joe Biden’s mental decline is so severe that he can not stand trial means he is unfit for office,’ she remarked on X. ‘We must demand either the 25th amendment be invoked or impeachment.’

Biden, determined to make things worse for himself, thought it would be a swell idea to tackle claims made in the report by having a press conference. It was a disaster and only served to confirm the material contained therein.
‘I know what the hell I’m doing! My memory has not gotten worse. My memory is fine. Take a look at what I have done since becoming president,’ he asserted. ‘No one thought I could pass any of the things I got passed. How did that happen? I guess I just forgot what was going on…’
Doocy: The special counsel said you were a well meaning elderly man
Biden: I’m well meaning and I’m an elderly man and I know what the hell I’m doing. I put this country back on its feet. I don’t need his recommendation pic.twitter.com/hkkAHkVUf7

That is pretty painful. It’s like his brain is already starting to misfire.
Later, the president fielded a question concerning the current humanitarian crisis in Gaza. He screwed up his answer and confused the Egyptian president with the president of Mexico.
If ever there were a time to invoke
the 25th Amendment,
wouldn’t that time be now? https://t.co/xJYrdW4o7r

Wow: this was the reason the Special Counsel gave for why it'd be hard to get a conviction against Biden for the classified docs case.
He'd seem to the jury an "elderly man with a poor memory" incapable of committing a crime "that requires a mental state of willfulness."😶 https://t.co/UxQupEBMiE pic.twitter.com/J5szoK6I7E

Is the "elderly man with a poor memory" excuse an early pretext to activate the 25th Amendment? Clearly they have either Michelle or Newsom warming up in the bullpen. Jill will hold onto power like a bulldog with a ham bone. The only way to dump Joe is to use the 25th.

Definitely not a good look for someone who is trying to run for reelection, right?

Either charge him for his crimes, or remove him from the presidency. Pretty simple. Now choose.
They’ve left it a bit bloody late.
His cognitive decline was obvious over 4 blooming years ago.
Since the democrats are in charge you can rest assured that they will never invoke the 25th, nor impeachment. So the only thing we can do is ride it out until the general election in November and hope the republicans in the house can block any screwball ideas Biden, actually his handlers, come up with. By that time the dems may have decided they will replace Biden with someone that they think can win. To keep our constitutional republic from becoming their version of a socialist government, we really need to purge as many left wingers as possible in this upcoming election cycle.
