(Congressional Agenda) – According to a member of the House Homeland Security Committee, President Joe Biden’s lack of action to bring the border crisis to an end is an impeachable offense. It’s so egregious, going far beyond the scope of corruption contained within the influence peddling scheme allegations he and members of his family are currently facing. Biden is willfully ignoring the flood of illegal aliens that continue to invade our nation, likely as part of a plan to play games with the demographics of the country and help Democrats win future elections.
He is purposely neglecting his duty to enforce federal law and protect the sovereignty of the United States for political gain. Yes, this is indeed an impeachable offense. Is it truly worse than abusing his power and authority as vice president under Barack Obama in order to earn fat stacks of cash? They are both pretty bad and compromise our national security, so I’ll let you decide which is worse.
“Just on the border alone, we have a commander in chief that is operating in high crimes and misdemeanors because he is not securing our homeland,” Rep. Josh Brecheen, a Republican from Oklahoma, said in comments delivered to The Daily Signal. “That—even aside from the bribery element—the Constitution sets up those three elements of treason, bribery, and high crimes and misdemeanors for impeachment.”
“The House voted last week to formalize an impeachment inquiry into Biden as three of its committees—Oversight and Accountability, Ways and Means, and Judiciary—investigate allegations of corruption and influence peddling. Brecheen points to Article 4 Section 4 of the Constitution, which says: ‘The United States shall guarantee to every State in this Union a Republican Form of Government, and shall protect each of them against invasion,'” the report noted.
“The bribery element is real. I think there are billows of smoke coming out, and there is fire,” Brecheen remarked, making a reference to the current investigation of the Biden family’s overseas business deals with China, Ukraine, Romania, and other nations around the globe.
“For me,” the congressman asserted, “I start with the belief that when you violate the clear reading of Article 4 Section 4, which guarantees to every state a republican form of government, a republic, and to protect against an invasion, we have an invasion.”
A number of right-leaning legal commentators, such as popular radio and television host Mark Levin, have declared that the president’s failure to enforce immigration law is impeachable.
During the Sunday edition of his program on Fox News, Levin went on to make the suggestion of applying Article 2 Section 3 of the U.S. Constitution, which says the president “shall take Care that the Laws be faithfully executed.”
Another legal commentator, Andy McCarthy, opined that by not protecting the country and securing the southern border, Biden is guilty of “dereliction of duty.”

“The Biden administration currently is allowing about 10,000 illegal border crossings per day, including military-age males. Meanwhile, U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement facilities have been reported to be nearly empty because of the Biden administration’s COVID-19 policies,” The Daily Signal stated.
“The three House committees are investigating potential corruption and influence peddling, and what role Joe Biden played, as vice president to President Barack Obama and a pending presidential candidate, in helping to bring in tens of millions in foreign money to his family’s shell companies,” it added.
It’s the president’s job to keep this nation safe and secure, defending our people from enemies both foreign and domestic. The fact he’s allowing illegal aliens to just waltz across the border and gain entry to the interior of the United States is violating his oath of office. Look at how obscenely high the crime rate along the border has risen? The communities in these states are also running low on resources as illegals continue to overburden them.
Since he is willfully putting Americans in danger, Biden should be impeached immediately and removed from office. Especially when you add everything from the influence peddling scheme. Get him out already.
“We have people that want to do this country harm that are in this country,” Breecheen continued. “They have learned they can come into this country because of what this administration has brought forth, 9 million [illegal aliens]. So, I believe that invasion is real. I believe the threat of terrorism is real for our nation.”

This is why we need to ensure Biden does not have a second term in office and that he is replaced by a principled conservative.

Biden is the whitey sacrificial dup that Obama set up to take the fall after getting what Obama wanted and was able to keep his fingerprints off. Not that I feel sorry for Joe. Obama knew of the impending state of Joe’s mind during Joe’s term and Joe became the sacrificial lamb. I was always curious how Joe became so radical and turned away from a country he served for over 50 years. Joe was from the first generation of anti communist. Money and power make for strange bedfellows. He thought with both of those he could establish the new Kennedy Camelot.
You’re right about obama setting up Biden for the fall when all this corruption business came out. Trouble is, is that obama is still calling the shots for his stooge in the white house. obama didn’t get to finish his mission of destroying our country while he was in office, so now he’s trying to finish the job and still let Biden be the fall guy. We really need to purge every left winger from our government because they are trying to destroy our constitutional republic and replace it with their version of a socialist government, with them in total control of course.
This is disturbing and very scary to see, yet is happening as we speak.
