Caught On Camera: Pelosi’s Explosive Reaction As Network Fact-Checks Her On Trump’s Economy

(Congressional Agenda) – Rep. Nancy Pelosi, a California Democrat and former Speaker of the House, lost her temper in a big way when MSNBC host Katy Tur mentioned how the coronavirus pandemic impacted our economy under the leadership of former President Donald Trump. Which isn’t surprising, as Pelosi is getting more and more cranky the older she gets. Perhaps it’s time to step down and enjoy retirement? Please?

As per the Daily Caller, “Before the pandemic in 2020, the economy under the former president experienced a jump in median household incomes as well as an all-time low poverty rate and unemployment rates at a 50-year low, according to a Trump White House press release. Pelosi on ‘Katy Tur Reports’ asserted job losses under Trump were the worst out of all presidents, but Tur noted there was a worldwide pandemic during his presidency.”

“And Joe Biden is doing that, created 9 million jobs in his term in office,” Pelosi stated during the interview. “Donald Trump has the worst record of job loss of any president, so we just have to make sure people know.”

“That was a global pandemic,” Tur replied.

The president has bragged about job gains during his time in the Oval Office, but he never seems to mention any of the effects of the pandemic. Many of the jobs that were gained during the Biden administration have been within the government. In other words, he’s expanded the size of the federal government, which has created jobs, but those jobs are paid for by tax dollars, meaning taxes will need to be raised to pay for these new positions, making our economy even worse. Make it make sense, people.

“Moreover, Trump’s economy appeared to be rebounding in the third quarter of 2020 as it was growing after a second-quarter contraction, according to the Conference Board. Despite this, Pelosi asserts his record was the ‘worst’ and accused Tur of advocating for the former president just for mentioning the pandemic’s economic impacts,” the Daily Caller divulged.

“He had the worst record of any president,” Pelosi commented, the volume of her voice rising. “We’ve had other concerns in our country. If you want to be an apologist for Donald Trump, that may be your role, but it ain’t mine.”

“I don’t think that anybody can accuse me of that,” Tur shot back.

The economy is now showing signs of stagflation as its growth slumps and the prices for goods and services continue to go up significantly. The annual economic growth of our country was a measly 1.6 percent in the first quarter of this year after a report came out stating that inflation was 3.5 percent year-over-year.

In other words, we need Trump back in the White House if we want to ever see prosperity in the U.S. again.
