That’s essentially what one GOP politician is saying as he has decided to give the Democratic Party a taste of their own medicine by taking action to have President Joe Biden removed from the ballot in his own home state. And for those who might think this is stupid, childish, and immature, you have to realize this is a war. Not a physical one, mind you. No one wants to see any kind of violence between American citizens. This is a battle for the heart and soul of our country and the Democrats already set the rules of engagement. Missouri State Sen. Bill Eigel is simply following the ruleset established by the “political enemy” as it were.
The move comes as a form of retaliation after former President Donald Trump was booted from the primary ballots in Maine and Colorado, both of which cited Section 3 of the 14th Amendment as having disqualified him from being eligible to run for the White House.
According to Ben Kew of The Western Journal, Eigel revealed he would be introducing a piece of legislation that says Biden is “disqualified and removed from the ballot for the ‘aid and comfort’ he has given our enemies.”
“Our country is being invaded because Joe Biden has swung our southern border wide open,” he stated in a news release. “President Biden has allowed more than 8 million people to stroll across our border illegally, causing more harm to this country than any other president in American history.”
This is right on the money. Biden is guilty of dereliction of duty as he has failed to enforce federal immigration law. Instead, he’s essentially allowing an open border, which compromises the safety of millions of American citizens, both in a physical sense — just look at the crime rate in states located near the border — and in an economic sense as these individuals are getting hooked on welfare and draining resources.
But that’s not all. At its core, this is a strategy designed to help inflate Democrat voting rolls, particularly in states without voter ID laws in place. It’s a setup for widespread voter fraud using illegal aliens.

“Eigel, who is running for the state governorship, went on to admit that the legislation is about ‘expos[ing] the absolute absurdity of Colorado’s and Maine’s decisions to remove President Donald J. Trump from the ballot,'” Kew penned.
“If radical leftists continue to push lies and fairytales in an attempt to kick Trump off the ballot in their states, Republicans have no choice but to buck up and fight back — use the facts to remove Biden from the ballot before he destroys this country even further,” the state senator said. “Democrats only believe in democracy when it favors them — let’s expose their double standard hypocrisy. We must stand our ground to protect the security of our nation and the sovereignty of our people.”

You’re probably thinking that this kind of legislation has no chance of actually passing, but Eigel has already received the support of a very important individual that could help him make this work.
“On Friday, Missouri Secretary of State Jay Ashcroft denounced the decisions in Colorado and warned that he and other secretaries of state will retaliate if the Supreme Court does not have them overturned,” the WJ reported.

Ashcroft declared in an interview with NBC that the post he made on social media was meant to “remind people of how severe this is.”
“I’m 99 percent certain the Supreme Court will stop it, but if they don’t, chaos is ahead, and we’ve got to avoid it,” he asserted.
Let’s hope Ashcroft is right about that.
