Stephen A. Smith Takes On Hillary Clinton Live On CNN: Slams Her For Urging Voters To ‘Get Over’ It And Vote Biden

(Congressional Agenda) – ESPN anchor Stephen A. Smith is a man who’s not afraid to express exactly what’s on his mind — whether right or wrong — and he recently let it all fly when delivering an epic slam to twice-failed Democratic presidential candidate Hillary Clinton over some rather snide and snarky comments made toward American voters. Clinton is without a doubt one of the most arrogant individuals to ever work in the realm of politics, a fact she has demonstrated on more than one occasion.

According to Connor Cavanaugh of The Western Journal, Clinton stopped by ‘The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon’ in order to promote the new musical on Broadway, ‘Suffs,’ which she helped to produce and is all about the women’s suffrage movement. If Hillary had a hand in making this little show a reality, you can almost bet, like everything else she touches, it’s going to fail horrendously.

“While talking with the former first lady, Fallon couldn’t help but bring up the coming presidential election in November. He asked if she had any words to voters who were upset that former President Donald Trump and President Joe Biden were the primary choices,” Cavanaugh wrote.

“Get over yourself,” she said with an air of smugness.

Clinton then took an opportunity to stump for Biden on the show saying, “one is old and effective and compassionate, has a heart, and really cares about people, and one is old and has been charged with 91 felonies.”

Of course, the audience was pretty positive about it all, but that’s not how everyone felt.

Smith sat down for a conversation with CNN host Abby Phillip where she asked him to give his thoughts.

“I don’t think that was a very wise statement on her part,” he responded. “How did that work out for her in 2016?”

Whew! That last line is a zinger.

“He then recounted the many faults of Clinton’s failed 2016 campaign, such as failing to make appearances in Wisconsin and former FBI Director James B. Comey’s investigation into the former secretary of state,” Cavanaugh wrote.

“The last thing you need to do is to do anything to agitate a potential voter in this particular election,” Smith pointed out.

“Phillip then asked about Clinton’s comment about Biden and Trump being vastly different, something Smith seemed to strongly agree with as he stated that he did not intend to vote for Trump,” the report added.

“But at the end of the day, what I’m saying is that at some point in time you gotta take into account what the voter’s thinking about,” he remarked.

Smith went on to say during the interview that a lot of voters don’t really care about the charges and indictments brought against the former president.

“Nobody wants to hear that from Hillary Rodham Clinton at this particular point in time because especially if you’re Joe Biden, what are you really, really worried about right now?” he explained. “You’re worried about folks coming to the polls. You’re worried about them showing to the polls to vote for you.”

“He noted that the words from Clinton don’t encourage voters to come out to the polls, something the president desperately needs. Smith manages to hit the nail on the head. Telling people to suck it up and ‘get over yourself’ will never pull voters into a politician’s base,” Cavanaugh penned in the article.

Smith gets it, but Hillary Clinton is still completely clueless.
