(Congressional Agenda) – Former President Donald Trump once again demonstrated that his troll level has exceeded that of an expert with the epic post he made on Truth Social as he welcomed President Joe Biden to the platform. The Biden presidential campaign stated in an October 16th post on X that they joined Truth Social “mostly because we thought it would be very funny.”
I mean, that’s kind of a strange sense of humor Biden and friends have over there. How is joining a social media platform owned by your political rival comical? Ever notice when politicians try to look cool and hip it just comes across as cringe? That’s what this move is. Cringe.
“Follow us there for truths and retruths or whatever they call them,” the campaign wrote. Hold on a minute. Is Joe Biden actually in charge of the account? That sounds a lot like something the president, who is obviously suffering from cognitive impairment, would say.
The campaign is using the handle @BidenHQ and immediately started following Trump as soon as their account was all set up. I don’t know if these guys thought that Trump wouldn’t say anything or if they were hoping he would say something they could use in campaign material. Either way, this was a very dumb move on their part.

And Trump did not disappoint in his response to Biden joining the platform, crushing the president over his extremely poor record in office, especially his response to current events unfolding on the world stage.
“We are heading to World War III because of grossly incompetent leadership, headed by a President that doesn’t have a clue, although he did have the sense to just join TRUTH, the real VOICE OF AMERICA. Congratulations Joe, at least, on that!” Trump penned on Saturday.

“Fox News spoke with the president’s campaign last week ahead of its launch on Truth Social. A Biden representative told the network it was simply ‘meeting voters where they are,'” The Western Journal reported.
“Republicans can’t even agree on a Speaker of the House, so clearly, not every Republican thinks the same,” the Biden campaign declared in comments given to Fox News.
“Campaign officials said they planned to use the account to counter ‘mis and disinformation’ about the president and to hold “MAGA accountable on their own platform,” the piece added.
“We will be leveraging the fact that Republicans can sometimes be our best messengers!” they remarked. “[We are] going into the lion’s den to point out Republicans’ hypocrisy and have a little fun at their own expense.”
“There’s very little ‘truth’ happening on Truth Social, but at least now it’ll be a little fun,” a senior Biden campaign aide asserted during an interview with Fox News on Monday.
An individual who represents Truth Social noted that the platform “welcomes anyone around the world.”
So how many followers does the Biden account have on Truth Social? As of Monday it was sitting at around 37,800. For comparison, Trump has 6.46 million.
