(Congressional Agenda) – Right after former President Donald Trump was slapped with a massive judgment in the civil fraud case against him in New York, Attorney General Letitia James required that the former president would need to post a $454 million bond by Monday. However, much to her chagrin, on the day of the deadline, a state appellate court reduced that down to $175 million. And you can guess how radical liberals reacted to the news.
According to The Western Journal, Trump took a brief moment to talk with reporters at the courthouse in New York after the decision was made.
“It will be my honor to post,” the former president said, going on to add that he will post “whatever is necessary, whether it be cash or securities or bonds.”
“We appreciate the Appellate Division very much,” Trump commented, before sharing a few of his thoughts on Judge Arthur Engoron, who presided over the case, and James herself.
“We have a judge who I believe is a crooked judge and a crooked attorney general. Absolutely crooked,” he stated.

As the former president started to turn away from the press, a reporter asked, “What’s your collateral on the bond?”
He turned back to the reporter, paused for a moment, then asserted, “Cash.”
Mic. Drop.

During a press conference that was held on Monday, Trump declared he had the cash needed to satisfy the bond.
“As they say I have a lot of cash. You know I do because you looked at my statements,” Trump remarked, like the true boss he is.
He then noted he could use the money for his presidential campaign, saying, “They don’t want me to use my cash to get re-elected.”
“I might do that,” Trump went on to say, before telling the reporters in attendance, “It’s none of your business,” as per a report from NBC News.
“I have a lot of cash and a great company,” he continued. “I might spend a lot of money on my campaign.”
“This is the 5th time in this case that he has been overturned, a record. His credibility, and that of Letitia James, has been shattered,” the presumptive GOP presidential nominee wrote on Truth Social.
“We will abide by the decision of the Appellate Division, and post either a bond, equivalent securities, or cash,” the former president added in the post. “This also shows how ridiculous and outrageous Engoron’s original decision was at $450 Million.”
“I DID NOTHING WRONG, AND NEW YORK SHOULD NEVER BE PUT IN A POSITION LIKE THIS AGAIN. BUSINESSES ARE FLEEING, VIOLENT CRIME IS FLOURISHING, AND IT IS VERY IMPORTANT THAT THIS BE RESOLVED IN ITS TOTALITY AS SOON AS POSSIBLE,” he concluded.

With all of these decisions coming in, left and right, that seem to support the former president, it should be clear that this is all politically motivated. Radical progressives are just throwing stuff at the wall and hoping it sticks. Biden has no hope at this point of defeating Trump and they know it. Thus, they are trying to remove him from the race.
It’s not working.
