(Congressional Agenda) – The very same FBI agent who coordinated with Facebook to suppress the Hunter Biden laptop story is now advising the Biden administration concerning its push to censor and suppress information posted on social media.
The Daily Caller said, “Laura Dehmlow was involved in conversations between the FBI and Facebook ahead of the social media company’s decision to censor the story surrounding the contents of Hunter Biden’s laptop before the 2020 election, the Washington Free Beacon reported. She was later involved in the Biden administration’s efforts to suppress and censor content on social media platforms for misinformation-related purposes, according to The Intercept.”
“We need a media infrastructure that is held accountable,” she went on to say during a March meeting which was attended by Twitter executives and executives from JP Morgan Chase, according to documents obtained by The Intercept. She then added that subversive content on social media could lead to weakened public support for the U.S. government.
That’s correct. Information that contains the truth about the dirty deeds the federal government is up to right now, the silencing of alternative opinions and other forms of harmful censorship, will most definitely lead to people in the country no longer supporting its government. And honestly, right now, that is a very good thing. You reap what you sow. If the government would like more people to be on board with the work it is doing, perhaps they should consider making that work the preservation of liberty and economic freedom?
The Daily Caller then stated, “The Department of Homeland Security (DHS) has made plans to pressure private social media companies to censor information on “the origins of the COVID-19 pandemic and the efficacy of COVID-19 vaccines, racial justice, U.S. withdrawal from Afghanistan, and the nature of U.S. support to Ukraine,” according to leaked documents obtained by The Intercept. Facebook and Instagram also have a formal process for government officials to ask them to suppress certain information.”
“The DHS was created to combat terrorism, and it justified its involvement in online censorship with the claim that threats can be ‘exacerbated by misinformation and disinformation spread online,’” The Intercept noted.
The problem, of course, is that the federal government isn’t really precise in how they define what disinformation and misinformation actually are. This leads to an opening for Homeland Security, along with other federal agencies, to make up politically determined definitions of these terms, allowing them to censor people simply based on their political thoughts and opinions.

The FBI has been involved in pressuring certain social media platforms to censor reports concerning the infamous Hunter Biden laptop, referring to the story as “Russian misinformation” just prior to the 2020 presidential election.
As a result of this pressuring, Twitter shut down a story from the New York Post by locking the publication’s official account for several days after they published the article on Oct. 15, 2020. The story focused on the emails that were recovered from the laptop that indicate Hunter and his dad, President Joe Biden, were involved in a scheme selling political access to then-Vice President Joe Biden.

The FBI and DHS need to be dissolved. The entire farce of the Patriot Act was enacted on the lie that it was to protect us. It has done nothing except be used to spy on us and deny us our rights under the US Constitution. If the Constitution is not valid then these organizations have no right to even exist. Their power to exist is granted by the document they hate so badly.
