(Congressional Agenda) – Joe Biden’s latest declared war on what he calls “Ultra-MAGA” Trump voters, seems to come from some sort of liberal-funded research he continues to use to help come up with his oh so motivational speeches.
According to Fox News, over the courses of the last week, Biden, who seems to be on a mission to further divide Americans, contrary to the promises he made at the beginning of his term where he said he would bring the country back together, has repeatedly used the term “ultra-MAGA” to refer to Trump’s supporters, making a reference to his 2016 campaign slogan, “Make America Great Again.”
If the point of using this term was to try and shame folks on the right, it is backfiring tremendously. In fact, the label has largely been embraced by conservative lawmakers and even by the former president himself.
However, according to a report coming from the Washington Post, the messaging behind the phrase comes from a six-month research project that was completed by a leftist group known as the Center for American Progress Action Fund, which was led by top Biden aide Anita Dunn.
“The polling and focus group research by Hart Research and the Global Strategy Group found that ‘MAGA’ was already viewed negatively by voters — more negatively than other phrases like ‘Trump Republicans,’” the Post reported Friday,” according to Fox.
“In battleground areas, more than twice as many voters said they would be less likely to vote for someone called a ‘MAGA Republican’ than would be more likely. The research also found that the description tapped into the broad agreement among voters that the Republican Party had become more extreme and power-hungry in recent years,” the report said.
Navin Nayak, who is the president and executive director of the CAP Action Fund, spoke with the Post, saying, “All of that extremism gets captured in that brand,” going on to add the “versatile epithet” applies to every political issue, which includes both abortion and climate change.
“We are not trying to create a new word. This is how they define themselves,” Nayak went on to say.
Critics have gone on to mock the research that has been done to come up with some sort of branding campaign to use on social media against Trump supporters.
“‘Ultra Make America Great Again’ is supposed to help… Democrats?” Washington Examiner reporter Jerry Dunleavy went on to ask. “Anyway, congrats to the consultants who were able to cash checks for this.”
“What is wrong with the Democratic establishment? They think every problem can be fixed by spending money on consultants and better messaging, while completely resisting substantive changes,” RealClearInvestigations senior writer Mark Hemingway stated in reaction to the news about the research.
“If this took Biden 6 months it’s no surprise the Afghanistan withdrawal went as it did,” Free Beacon writer Drew Holden zinged.
“Maybe it would have been better if Democrats had instead spent those six months preventing American children from going hungry because we are out of formula,” former Trump aide Stephen Miller said in a post that was shared on Twitter.
As Biden continues to wage his war against Trump supporters, the White House named 5 MAGA members of the GOP they consider to be a “threat against our democracy,” according to a report from The Western Journal.
White House Press Secretary Karine Jean-Pierre is the one who called out these individuals who she says are carrying out an “attack of our core values as a country.”
“Jean-Pierre made the remarks Wednesday when she was asked by a reporter about Republican criticism that Biden ‘ran as a uniter and now he’s calling MAGA Republicans, which is a very large swath of the American populace, semi-fascists,'” the report said.
“The reporter was referring to Biden’s overwrought speech in Maryland last Thursday, in which he claimed the GOP was flirting with ‘semi-fascism’ and said that Democrats needed ‘to vote to literally save democracy once again,'” the report continued.
So who are the five Republicans?
They are Reps. Paul Gosar of Arizona, Marjorie Taylor Greene of Georgia, Madison Cawthorn of North Carolina, Gov. Ron DeSantis of Florida, and of course, former President Donald Trump.
Boy, these folks are really, really scared of DeSantis, aren’t they? Then again, since he resisted the government’s efforts to shut down his state during the pandemic, took down Disney and Paypal for their attempts to fight against his parental rights in education legislation, and is now campaigning for Republicans for the midterm elections, while also doing his own campaign, I guess they have a reason to be scared, don’t they?
We already know they are terrified of Trump. We’ve known that for years now. Nothing has changed.
Jean-Pierre referred to these five as being part of the “extreme wing” of the GOP.
“You have Rep. Paul Gosar, has posted videos depicting him attacking the president and members of Congress,” Jean-Pierre went on to say, reading from her notebook, which just goes to show this was a thought out, planned attack. Calling folks who just want to preserve freedom as “extremists” says everything you need to know about the current regime.
“You have Rep. Majority Tay — Marjorie Taylor Greene has publicly expressed support for shooting prominent Democratic elected officials and suggesting physically assaulting transgender school officials,” the press secretary continued.
“You have Rep. Madison Cawthorn, has said, falsely, ‘If our election systems continue to be rigged and continue to be stolen, then it’s going to lead to one place, and that’s bloodshed,’” she remarked. “And just last week, you had Gov. Ron DeSantis suggest that Dr. Fauci should be physically assaulted. And former President Trump has done the same many, many times.”
The press secretary then stated that “many of your colleagues have actually talked about and reported on this dangerous trend that we’re seeing” and that “these are things that we have to call out.”
The vast majority of these comments are either completely false or blown out of proportion.
“Yes, Paul Gosar tweeted a poorly considered, poorly edited anime video in which his face was badly superimposed on a character from the series ‘Attack on Titan’ who attacks other characters with the faces of Democratic politicians like Biden and Rep. Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez of New York,” the Western Journal reported.
The report then pointed out, “The attack got him censured by the House in November. He was also stripped of his committee assignments. Not only did this make the meme profoundly counterproductive, it also doesn’t seem to have substantively threatened democracy in any way.”
“First, during the 2020 election, Greene posted an image of herself holding a rifle with three members of the so-called leftist “squad” in the background: Reps. Ocasio-Cortez, Ilhan Omar of Minnesota and Rashida Tlaib of Michigan. Needless to say, it got reactions like this, which mostly emphasized the color of the women involved (see tweet below),” the report continued.
A House candidate whom President Trump recently called “a future Republican Star” posted an image of herself holding a rifle with photos of three liberal congresswomen of color and the vow to “go on the offense” against members of the “Squad, pic.twitter.com/AZ7lL4bq7n

Here are a few more tweets that outline this absurdity:

DeSantis on Fauci: “I’m just sick of seeing him. I know he says he’s gonna retire. Someone needs to grab that little elf and chuck him across the Potomac!” — Dr. Eli David (@DrEliDavid) August 24, 2022
“Someone needs to grab that little elf and chuck him across the Potomac,” DeSantis went on to say during a Florida news conference last week.
I mean, if we actually do start chucking elves, then I guess something needs to be done, but I don’t think anyone is literally going to pick up Fauci and toss him in the river.
The real question is why leftists aren’t held responsible for their careless words and calls for violence the same way the Democrats are trying to do with the GOP?
Let’s take Rep. Maxine Waters for example:

Funny how that double standard works, right?
