(Congressional Agenda) – An illegal alien who was charged with raping a teenage girl and a woman along a hiking trail in the state of Maryland, was, according to Breitbart News, released into the U.S. by the Department of Homeland Security under the watch of former President Barack Obama before he took advantage of a local sanctuary policy in order to remain in the United States after having a criminal conviction.
“Jose Roberto Hernandez Espinal, a 20-year-old illegal alien from El Salvador, was arrested and charged with first-degree rape, first-degree assault, second-degree assault, armed robbery, and kidnapping for allegedly raping a 15-year-old girl and a woman at a hiking trail in Montgomery County, Maryland,” the report said. “Jon Feere, Director of Investigations at the Center for Immigration Studies and a former Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) official in the Trump administration, reports that Espinal was released into the U.S. in 2013 by Obama’s DHS before carrying out an extensive violent crime record.”
“Sources report to me that the illegal alien arrested for raping a woman and a teenager has a LENGTHY criminal and immigration history and was repeatedly protected by sanctuary policies in Maryland,” Feere stated in a post.
You know what would prevent this sort of thing? The enforcement of the immigration laws that we currently have on the books. Or, and hear me out on this one, the death penalty administered swiftly to murderers, rapists, and kidnappers. Just a thought worth considering.

Feere then reported that Espinal showed up at the southern border we share with Mexico in May 2013 with his dad and was released into the interior of the United States not long after. Later on, he was ordered to be deported back to his home country after he failed to show for an immigration hearing in September 2014, however a motion was filed last year to reopen the case.
“While Espinal was serving a sentence for an armed robbery involving second-degree assault, ICE agents asked Prince George’s County to turn the illegal alien over to them following his release so they could arrest and deport him from the U.S.,” Breitbart noted. “The county’s sanctuary policy, though, prevents local officials from honoring ICE’s request, so Espinal was subsequently released back into the community. Espinal was arrested in February, just months before the alleged rapes, but was again shielded by local sanctuary policy.”
As per police, who discussed the rape case, Espinal approached the woman who was having lunch with a friend along the hiking trail, threatening their physical safety by brandishing a machete, before he demanded the two women hand over their phones. The despicable excuse for a human being then took the woman, the machete at her back, to a hidden area and raped her before stealing her jewelry.
Just days before this horrific incident, Espinal allegedly raped a 15-year-old girl along the same trail.
These are the kind of people the left wants in this country.
