(Congressional Agenda) – A brand new report has revealed that the money Vice President Kamala Harris dropped in order to secure an Oprah Winfrey town hall event was actually more than double the originally reported amount. Gee, it’s no wonder that Harris’ presidential campaign is so far in debt. And for what? Nobody cared about all of the celebrity endorsements that were bought and paid for. People are sick of being told what to think by those who are way out of touch with the problems your average American faces on a daily basis.
A piece from Fox News said, “FEC filings, first reported by the Washington Examiner, show the Harris campaign made two $500,000 payments to Winfrey’s Harpo Productions on Oct. 15, a month after Winfrey’s town hall with Harris and weeks before the pair appeared at a Harris Philadelphia rally. Now, two sources have told The New York Times the full price of the event with Winfrey was closer to $2.5 million.”
The vice president’s campaign shelled out $1.5 billion, yes with a “b,” or $100 million per week during the 15-week White House run, the Times reported. Democratic Party donors say they are still getting bombed by requests for donations as the party is now $20 million in debt because of the campaign.
Aside from celebrity appearances at rallies, some of the money, try $9,000, was spent on ice cream from high-end shops.
“Harris’ campaign reportedly used almost $15,000 on food delivery services such as Uber Eats and DoorDash from July through the end of the race in early November, the Times reported. During a two-week period in October, Harris’ campaign reportedly spent $2.6 million on travel aboard private jets. The campaign also spent $900,000 to reserve ad space on Las Vegas’ Sphere in the final week of the election, although she still lost Nevada by three points. The bulk of the extravagant spending reportedly went to celebrity appearances and performances and influencer partnerships meant to boost campaign events,” Fox noted.
When Winfrey was confronted by TMZ, she denied being paid anything for the town hall.

“Oprah Winfrey was at no point during the campaign paid a personal fee, nor did she receive a fee from Harpo,” the spokesperson stated.

Lier’s of and for convenience and privilege. Oprah should be on Patel’s FBI list as well. Personally I have had it up to my eyeballs with these people. Has anyone gone after Oprah for her gobbling up the burned out properties in Hawaii. But due to her name….most likely not.
