Kamala Harris Sparks Speculation By Strangely Skipping Obama Night At The DNC

(Congressional Agenda) – Vice President Kamala Harris was noticeably absent from the Democratic National Convention on Tuesday evening. Included among the DNC speakers were former President Barack Obama and his wife, Michelle Obama, reminding all in attendance and watching at home that there is still a bit of animosity between them.

A report from The Western Journal revealed that the latest tension between Harris and the Obamas likely stems from how the former president and first lady pushed for President Joe Biden to step down as the party’s nominee following his now infamous debate performance on June 27th. Not long after the event took place, big players with high influence in the political party began to demand that Biden remove himself from the race. Most of these calls came from folks that are in the establishment wing of the Democratic Party.

“Biden resisted for nearly a month. But former President Obama allegedly led a successful coup that finally resulted in Biden’s dismissal and Harris’s elevation as the party’s new nominee. Since then, Biden has reportedly nursed bitterness toward the man whom he once served as vice president. Meanwhile, prominent party figures like Democratic Rep. Nancy Pelosi of California have showered Biden with praise in a transparently ludicrous attempt to soothe the president’s lacerated feelings and cover their own guilt at his unceremonious demise,” the piece explained.

Adding to the dislike between Harris and the Obamas is the fact that the former president didn’t give her his endorsement immediately after Biden vacated the nomination. The Western Journal referred to the whole ordeal as political theater, a show put on by Democrats to accomplish their own purposes. Regardless of the reason, Harris wasn’t at the Democratic National Convention on Tuesday. So where was she?

Politico noted that Harris and her vice presidential running mate, Minnesota Gov. Tim Walz, decided to put on a campaign rally in Milwaukee instead. Clearly, the pair is attempting to spin a narrative that connecting with everyday, normal people is their top priority and not some fancy get-together for political elites. The supposed drama going on within the party is setting up an “us versus them” story, painting Harris and Walz as the anti-establishment who are really principled and looking to make a difference in the nation.

A source familiar with the situation spoke with Fox News and stated that Harris scheduled the rally for Tuesday night as a means of avoiding all of the “Obama-related optics.”

“[The] Obamas are still not on the White House good side,” the unnamed source told the outlet. “It would not be helpful to their relationships.”

“We are in tricky territory,” the source then added.

“Palace intrigue has always fascinated the masses. And it makes sense that Democrats would have some of that intrigue, for they have morphed into a classic ‘rules for thee, but not for me’ kind of aristocratic establishment. The real story, however, involves the ease with which they lie to the public and to one another. After all, what could be more repugnant than the sight of powerful politicians falling all over themselves in praise of someone they have recently betrayed, whom they not-so-secretly resent, or whom they actually regard as incompetent?” The Western Journal continued.

To summarize, Harris and the vast majority of other Democrats are total phonies.

  1. Animosity or not, he will still be running the country if she is elected. I’m sure that was stipulated in the agreement of getting rid of Joe. This entire group of Democrats are just as evil as can be. And, yes, if you are member of the Cabinet, senator or congressman, and you go along with what miss Nancy tells you to do, you are included in this category.
