JUST IN: Suspect Who Attempted To Assassinate SCOTUS Justice Enters Plea

(Congressional Agenda) – Nicholas John Roske, the 26-year-old man who attempted to assassinate Supreme Court Justice Brett Kavanaugh has decided to plead not guilty on Wednesday to the charges that have been levied against him, according to a report published by the Daily Mail.

The Post Millennial is reporting that the Simi Valley, California resident was arrested on June 8 outside of the home of Justice Kavanaugh in Maryland after making several violent threats to take the justice’s life and then his own.

Roske revealed that a big part of his motivation for wanting to assassinate Kavanaugh had to do with the leaked draft opinion in the Dobbs case that could potentially overturn Roe v. Wade, which would make abortion a state issue and might eventually lead to it being made illegal in many states across the nation.

This should tell you how unhinged the radical left has become. The issue of abortion, the murder of pre-born children in the womb, is so precious to them, they are willing to commit acts of violence in order to preserve it. Many pro-abortion groups like Jane’s Revenge and Ruth Sent Us have committed violent assaults on pro-life organizations over the last several weeks.

Why is this so important to them? You’d think we were taking away their ability to offer up worship to their “god” wouldn’t you agree? Maybe we are…

“Roske was reported to have been carrying a gun and a knife, as well as burglary tools, and allegedly said that he ‘wanted to kill’ Kavanaugh, one of the court’s conservative-leaning justices,” the PM report said. “According to an FBI affidavit, Roske was carrying a suitcase armed with a Glock-17 pistol, two magazine clips, a speed loader, a tactical knife, pepper spray, zip ties, a hammer, screwdriver, nail punch and a crowbar.”

“After flying from California to Washington D.C., Roske drove to Kavanaugh’s home with the sole intent to ‘kill Kavanaugh’ and then himself, court documents show. Roske called 911 detailing the threats which led to his arrest,” the report revealed.

Roske, who spoke with detectives working out of the Montgomery County Police Department Second District Precinct, stated that “he was upset about the leak of a recent Supreme Court draft decision regarding the right to abortion as well as the recent school shooting in Uvalde, Texas,” according to the affidavit.

“Roske stated that he began thinking about how to give his life a purpose and decided that he would kill the Supreme Court Justice,” the affidavit said.

If Roske is convicted, he could face a maximum penalty of life in prison. His trial has been scheduled for August 23.

All of this because he wanted to give his life meaning? You know, giving your life to God and serving Him would have been a much better choice. Just saying.
