(Congressional Agenda) – Four Democratic-appointed judges who are sitting on the bench of the Colorado Supreme Court have banned former President Donald Trump from the state’s GOP primary ballot for the 2024 election, proving yet again that the radical left in America is hellbent on keeping a rematch between Trump and Biden from taking place in next year’s general election. Folks, it’s clear that Trump poses a threat to the deep state residing within our federal government. Progressives know that if Trump gets a second term in office, he will bring about the end of their hold on the Justice Department, something they have worked for decades to install and secure.
The Western Journal’s Randy DeSoto is reporting, “In the 4-3 ruling, the court cited Section 3 of the 14th Amendment, which provides that anyone who has sworn an oath to the Constitution and then ‘engaged in insurrection or rebellion against the same, or given aid or comfort to the enemies thereof’ is ineligible for office. It was adopted after the Civil War as a way to bar from office those who fought for or materially supported the Confederacy.”
However, as usual, liberals aren’t really thinking of the potential future consequences of their actions. It’s almost like this is a fatal flaw, isn’t it? Only looking for ways to help ease their emotional discomfort that is happening in the moment, rather than putting plans into motion that will provide long term solutions for the issues facing the country.
Republicans can also play according to these rules of the game and make a similar charge against Biden. All they would have to do is point out Article II Section III of the Constitution, which says that a president shall “take Care that the Laws be faithfully executed.”
Now look at the insane numbers of illegals that are pouring into our country, which President Joe Biden is doing nothing about. There has been zero action taken by the radical leftist regime to stem the flow of illegal aliens crossing into the U.S. without a worry in the world of being sent back to their homeland. Since Biden is failing to execute the duties of the White House in this regard, perhaps he needs to retire?
“During fiscal year 2023, over 150 people on the terror watch list were apprehended at the border, on top of nearly 100 last year, The New York Times reported. Who knows how many made it through, given the flood of illegal migrants coming in?” DeSoto remarked. “That is to say nothing of the fentanyl pouring in, killing over 100,000 Americans a year.”
Dan Patrick, the Republican Lt. Governor of Texas, has offered up the suggestion that the border crisis could potentially be grounds to remove Biden from the 2024 ballot in his own state.
“Maybe we should take Joe Biden off the ballot in Texas for allowing 8 million people to cross the border since he’s been president, disrupting our state far more than anything anyone else has done in recent history,” Patrick asserted during an interview with Fox News host Laura Ingraham on Tuesday night.

Patrick was talking about a piece of legislation signed into law by his boss, Texas Gov. Greg Abbott earlier in the week that makes illegal immigration into Texas a violation of state law.
“The four Colorado judges decided on their own that Trump engaged in insurrection and therefore under the U.S. Constitution should not appear on the state’s ballot. Trump hasn’t been convicted or even charged with engaging in an ‘insurrection,’ and there can be little doubt that special counsel Jack Smith would have brought such charges if he felt he could get a conviction,” DeSoto penned in his article.
Participation in a rebellion or insurrection is a violation of federal law that could land an individual in prison for up to a decade.
The case Smith has worked up against Trump alleges that the former president made false statements regarding election integrity back in 2020 that led to people storming the Capitol and breaking into the building. It sort of makes the individuals participating in the riot seem as if they were not independently acting and were also concerned, on their own, with the potential for massive, widespread voter fraud.
The left conveniently forgets that Trump urged the crowds that day to protest peacefully. Trump made it clear before, during, and after the event took place that he was not in support of any kind of violence as a reaction to fears about the election being compromised.
“The vast majority of the protesters did just what he said. A relative few engaged in violence, but it should be noted that none of them fired any shots or has even been charged with taking a gun into the Capitol. None of the Jan. 6 defendants has been charged with insurrection, either,” the report stated.
The last time officials within the Democratic Party managed to get a Republican candidate pulled from a ballot in a presidential race was back in 1860. Abraham Lincoln was removed from the ballot in ten different states.
