ALERT: Biden Unveils Plan To Radically Alter Supreme Court After Disagreeing With Trump Ruling

(Congressional Agenda) – Many moons ago, when author George Orwell wrote the classic dystopian novel, ‘1984,’ he did so as a warning to show what a totalitarian state would look like and how, if we weren’t careful, we’d end up in one ourselves. However, when radical leftists read the book, they somehow came away thinking it’s a playbook for transforming their fantasies of the human race perfected through massive, oppressive government oversight of every area of life, social engineering, and science, which would thus lead to their sought after utopian society.

In other words, liberals want to play the role of God, recreating Eden without the need for our actual Creator, arrogantly believing that through the actions of human beings alone, we can reach perfection and be our own gods. It’s that line of thinking that caused the fall and plunged humanity into sinful darkness to begin with. Some people just never learn.

And thanks to the content of an op-ed allegedly written and published by President Joe Biden in The Washington Post, we now know the next Orwellian plan Democrats desire to take in order to achieve their objective. In the article, Biden states that before he leaves office, he wants to put into action a plan that will place term limits on those serving in the Supreme Court and toss out presidential immunity.

“In a July 1 ruling that did little more than acknowledge the constitutional separation of powers, SCOTUS affirmed that presidents enjoy immunity from prosecution for acts undertaken in their official capacity. In other words, the ruling made it highly unlikely that the Biden administration’s diabolical lawfare against former President Donald Trump would result in a conviction prior to the 2024 election,” The Western Journal reported.

Almost immediately after the decision was handed down, progressives turned into fire-breathing harpies that screeched about the “threats to democracy” the ruling and Trump himself allegedly present to our country. The phrase, “threats to democracy” has become a dog whistle that refers to the process of vilifying anyone who hasn’t bought into the freedom crushing ideology of the left.

In other words, when they say this about someone, what they are really saying is “they aren’t one of us,” and thus they put a proverbial target on their back and unleash the hounds of the mainstream media to start stringing together propaganda designed to make the individual look like a “bad guy.”

Of course, just two weeks after the ruling, a 20-year-old Thomas Matthew Crooks attempted to assassinate Trump and almost succeeded. Shortly after that major, historical event, President Joe Biden announced he was dropping from the presidential race. This lead to delegates supporting Vice President Kamala Harris as their new nominee without a single ballot being cast by an American voter for her candidacy.

And who hates democracy again?

The whole reason Biden stepped down from the nomination is because he is not cognitively fit to serve another four years in office. Which, technically, means he shouldn’t be serving as president right now either. So the real question is, if he’s this mentally compromised, how in the world is he able to craft this proposal in The Washington Post?

The safe bet to make here is that he didn’t write it at all. His name is being used to push the idea and nothing more.

But, for the sake of the article, let’s just pretend he actually did.

In the op-ed, Biden pushed for a constitutional amendment called the ‘No One Is Above the Law Amendment.’

“It would make clear that there is no immunity for crimes a former president committed while in office. I share our Founders’ belief that the president’s power is limited, not absolute. We are a nation of laws — not of kings or dictators,” Biden penned in the article.

Now hold on a second. If what he says is true, that no one is above the law, doesn’t that include himself and his son, Hunter Biden? Shouldn’t that mean Biden is brought up on charges for having classified documents? And for running an influence peddling scheme?

Again, I would like to bring up the fact that Biden can barely string a coherent sentence together, which is why his own party forced him out of the presidential nomination, and yet we’re supposed to believe he crafted a serious constitutional proposal? In his condition? I don’t think so.

The proposals Biden made in this piece also have no chance of becoming actual amendments. There will never be adoption of these policies because there aren’t even close to enough states who will ratify them. It would require 38 states in order to be approved and included in the Constitution.

“According to the National Conference of State Legislators, Republicans outnumber Democrats in state legislatures by a massive margin, 4,026-3,264. The GOP also controls 28 state legislatures compared to 20 for Democrats,” the WJ stated.

After reading this, it seems to me the greatest threat to “democracy” is the Democratic Party.

  1. We don’t need an overhaul of the Supreme Court. When Biden acts like Clarence Thomas violated an oath by accepting a vacation from a friend and yet Sotomayor makes people buy her book that she gets a huge amount of money for (when speaking before a group) Biden has no legs to stand on. Everything that the democrats do is to make themselves more powerful. They have no interest is creating a better country for all of us. Control, power and money is all they strive for and we are mere pawns in their evil intent.
